PT. DASAPLAST NUSANTARA have equipped and invested comprehensive new modern and latest technology of machinery to produce Polypropylene (PP) woven bag, Polyethylene (PE) Inner bag and Warring (Leno Mesh).
To enhance production capacity and to meet international standard quality product, the machinery based on high technology from following industry :

  2. Circular Looms (4 shuttle) LS - 4, from Lohia Starlinger, Ltd
  3. Circular Looms (2 shuttle) LS - 2, from Lohia Starlinger, Ltd
  4. LLDPE / LDPE / HDPE ( Polyethylene ) blown tubular film machine
  5. Automatic woven bag conversion line ( heat cutting & bottom sewing )
  6. Automatic electronic high-speed sealing & cutting machine
  7. Automatic flexographic printing machine (reel to reel printing line ) up to four color.

  • 40/40 weave - 40 tapes to every 100 mm square of cloth
  • 45/45 weave - 45 tapes to every 100 mm square of cloth
  • 50/50 weave - 50 tapes to every 100 mm square of cloth
Heavy Duty
  • 55/55 weave - 55 tapes to every 100 mm square of cloth


Specially for finishing process we are able to :
  • Providing company own logo printing up to four floor.
  • Printed length fom 60 - 130 cm with method 0+4, 1+3, 2+2
  • Blown film inner liner its width from 20 - 70 cm with thickness from .02 - .15 mm
  • Printing to your design is available in front and back printing to suit individual costumer design
  • Printing speed 80 m per minute
  • Choose from a variety of colors. Sacks can be made to order in straight or a combination of the following range of colors. White, red, Light, and dark bluo, yellow, green, beige, brown, pink,gray, orange and clear
  • Cutting and Sewing Production output are 30 bags per minute.
